How
was the OZONE CLINIC ® created ? Heinz
Konrad, M.D., had his first contact with ozone therapy in early
1975. This produced a great interest for this incredible method,
with much study and research. Dr. Konrad then travelled several
times to Europe, to learn ozone therapy
with the two foremost researchers in the area : Hans Wolff, Professor
of Medicine, and Joachim Hänsler, PhD. in Physics, who are
both considered to be the fathers of modern ozone therapy. They
worked together to lay the medical / clinical groundwork and to
determine the physical (“hardware”) basics which govern
ozone therapy until today. They both became personal friends of
Dr. Konrad, a fact that favoured even more intense scientific exchange
and ensued many invitations for Dr. Konrad to present his personal
experience with ozone therapy at many medical congresses in Europe. |

Which
diseases or conditions can be treated at the OZONE CLINIC ®
?

viral hepatitis, type A, B and C;

Herpes simplex, of oral, genital or other location;

Herpes zoster, also known as “shingles”,
during its acute phase;

Post-Herpetic Neuralgia, a severe pain condition
following the Herpes zoster;

chronic ulcers of the lower limbs, especially
those related to diabetes, or varices or aterosclerosis;

circulatory insufficiency of
the lower limbs, with or without risk of gangrene and amputation.

ozone can be used as a coadjuvant during radiotherapy
and chemotherapy programs;

recent data strongly suggest that ozone therapy can be very helpful
in cases of two eye diseases : macular degeneration
and diabetic retinopathy;

more recently, ozone therapy has been found to be most effective
in cases of chronic lower back pain, with or
without disk hernia.
Which
